Our guarantee is simple and powerful. Our instructionally-sound, research-based training  will assist employees and volunteers in MAKING RIGHT CHOICES in potentially compromising work-related situations with students. In addition, at the end of completing our course, your employees will attest that they agree to observe your policies, federal law, and the state-specific laws associated with sexual misconduct. Therefore, if a trained member of your staff does not “make the right choice,” he or she alone is fully responsible for their actions. We can and will verify for you that the employee has been trained on your workplace policy, the elements of risk recognition, their personal reporting obligation, and other proactive measures designed to keep themselves and others within the boundaries of safe and appropriate relationships.

Content Relevance

If federal or state laws change in such a way that our curriculum becomes either inaccurate or incomplete, we further guarantee that MRC will provide clients with an accurate and complete curriculum update within 30 business days at no additional cost (standard charges may still apply for printed materials).

Expert Witness

As part of our guarantee, Dr. Glenn S. Lipson, Ph.D., will also be available to testify regarding our course design and the research and clinical basis of the training material. As a diplomate in forensic psychology,  Dr. Lipson has testified frequently in court cases involving employee misconduct, and he will waive his customary fee for testimony related to the  MRC course.
