Glenn Lipson

Dr. Glenn Scott Lipson, Chief Executive Officer

As an undergrad at the University of California in 1980, Glenn Lipson was on a committee to codify the institution’s first sexual misconduct policy. Nearly 29 years later, Dr. Lipson works as a clinician and continues to consult on sexual misconduct issues.

Dr. Lipson is an established Diplomate in Forensic Psychology granted by the American Board of Professional Psychology and a Menninger-trained post-doctoral fellow. When he’s not teaching as an associate professor in forensic psychology at Alliant International University, he is actively consulting on various topics associated with risk management. He has testified in high profile civil and criminal cases, evaluated both victims and perpetrators in various criminal matters, and intervened in critical workplace situations for a variety of clients, including several district attorney’s offices, American Express, Cox Communications, Kaiser Permanente, and Sony. His specialties include evaluating all forms of risk management, mediation, group dynamics, and employee issues. He has been invited to train on harassment, bullying, and school violence prevention across the globe from California to New Scotland Yard, England.

He is also co-author of the “Violence Risk Assessment Guidelines” of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (RAGE-V), and he works with his local Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Services team as a volunteer psychologist. Glenn is the father of 2 children (ages13 and 19) and he is married to a clinical social worker. He is also the author and illustrator of a children’s book, and a composer of music. Before founding MRC, Jason Franklin, MS, was a director at Allen Communication Learning Services (ACLS), a Gartner-rated, decades old communications and training firm headquartered in Salt Lake City. Shortly after submitting his thesis on sexual harassment proclivities and earning an MS with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he taught statistics at Utah Valley University, and then accepted a role as an Instructional Design Lead at ACLS. Over the last 7 years he has consulted directly with various companies on topics ranging from business continuity management and sexual harassment to US financial compliance laws and business-wide goal setting strategies. Jason has designed training for companies such as Adobe, Albertsons, Boeing, Bright Horizons, Bristol-Myers Squibb, CVS Pharmacy, Cox Communications, ImClone Systems, Deutsche Bank, Farmers Insurance Group, Rockwell Collins, Wachovia Bank, and Yum! Brands.
