Preventing Sexual Misconduct Online Training

Our training is designed to first help prevent employee sexual misconduct and, second, to help organizations defend themselves in court in the event that litigation occurs. MRC’s content was developed through a collaborative process in which school administrators, PTA’s, volunteers from the California Teacher’s Union, attorneys, local clergy, psychologists, school counselors, instructional design experts, and risk management practitioners worked together to create training of the highest quality and greatest impact.

At MRC, we believe that real training only occurs if beliefs and behaviors change and improve. That is exactly what this training is designed to do—change behavior and cause even jaded employees to think critically about the issue of employee sexual misconduct. Our 2-hour online course, Preventing Sexual Misconduct, helps learners understand how to appropriately respond to problems of sexual misconduct without turning them into lone wolf investigators.

The course is so much more than a restatement of policy and best practice. It will cover those things, but it will also cover what some educators might consider questionable areas. We teach how to personally prevent improper and potentially damaging relationships.
