Our training is designed to help prevent
employee sexual misconduct.

MRC's content was developed through a collaborative process in which school administrators, PTA's, volunteers from the California Teacher's Union, attorneys, local clergy, psychologists, school counselors, instructional design experts, and risk management practitioners worked together to create training of the highest quality and greatest impact.

At MRC, we believe that effective training occurs if beliefs and behaviors change and improve. That is exactly what our training attempts to do—change behavior and cause employees to think critically about the issue of employee sexual misconduct. Our 90 minute online course, “Preventing Sexual Misconduct,” helps employees understand how to appropriately respond to problems related to sexual misconduct.

The MRC online course is much more than a restatement of policy and best practice. It includes strategies to help employees prevent improper and potentially damaging relationships with students.
