Responding after abuse allegations
When an incident happens, the organizational response is critical to both liability and healing. We assist you responding in a manner that begins resolution and supports public trust and confidence.
Coalition Building with Stake Holders
Applying organizational skills, we assist you in arriving at goals that everyone can embrace. We enlist the concerned parties to be part of the solution.
Dr. Lipson has facilitated with other thought leaders in California and New Jersey coalitions to address misconduct and violence prevention. The CA coalition now has representatives of over 1 million employees that work with over 6.5 million students. In October of 2018, he was part of a group addressing misconduct prevention in a day-long presentation in New Jersey.
He engages with all stakeholders assisting victim support groups that are committed to prevention. He serves on the advisory board of SESAME https://www.sesamenet.org/about_us. In San Diego, he assisted their current DA in forming the multidisciplinary School Threat Assessment Team (STAT). He has worked with the SHARP team of the US Army and the State Department in strategies to prevent interpersonal violence including sexual assault. He has created a research team for cyber assessment working with colleagues at San Diego State University. These are collaborative efforts because the mission requires the engagement of many stakeholders sharing evidenced-based approaches.
